Naren is an academic who has specialized in psychology. His main interests are in drug addiction, self-efficacy, and Psychometry. He currently pursues higher studies in K-12 educational leadership. He is an avid analyst interested in Educational policy, and interested in American Education Policy. At present, Naren works as the "Director of Academics & Quality Assurance" at the "Southern Institute of Education & Management" (SIEM), in Galle, Sri Lanka. He is also a senior advisor to "Baby Icon Private Limited," which the parent company of SIEM.
